Catholic Mutual Group has two staff members located here at the Diocese of Madison to personally serve the needs of the diocese, parishes, and its schools.

Kris Twining, as the claims risk manager, oversees and administrates the diocesan insurance program, including:

• Handling all property and liability claims on behalf of the diocese
• Serving as an advocate and intermediary for auto and workers' compensation claims, working closely with the respective carriers
• Completing onsite risk management assessments of every location within the diocese
• Reviewing of contracts
• Conducting risk management training and initiatives
• Serving as a point person for questions or concerns of member parishes and schools regarding insurance related matters

Kayla Griffin, as a service office assistant, provides support to the Claims/Risk Manager and parishes with a focus on special events and certificates of coverage.
